Wendy Jiang joined the executive search industry upon the completion of her university studies. She has worked for three large multi-national search firms and has had the opportunity to work in both Eastern and Western corporate cultures which has broadened her understanding of the needs of clients in both environments. This experience, combined with her natural ability to connect with and understand people, helps her to identify the most appropriate high caliber candidates.
Wendy holds a B.A. in Information Management from East China Normal University .
