Li Zheng joined Amrop Hever with over 15 years of financial services and strategic management consulting experience working in the U.S., UK, and China. She has expertise in managing multi-million dollar equity value projects across many industries, advising senior executive teams on management and investment issues, development and implementation of technical product training programs, talent identification, recruitment, and people management. rior to joining Amrop Hever, Li was a Senior Management Consultant with Momentum Management Consulting based in London where she focused on strategic acquisition and turnaround advisory to UK Private Equity firms. Prior to that, she was the Training & Marketing Manager for Infinite Exchanges Inc., a niche private investment boutique in the U.S.; has held various management positions in other specialty financial services organizations including Nanguang Futures Trading of China Nanguang Group in China and Chengxin Security Advertisement of China Chengxin Credit Management Co. , Ltd.; and she started her career with Bank of America Beijing. Li's entrepreneurial spirit also led her to become the Co-Founder of a successful start up company in China.
Li's combined experience of having multifaceted business knowledge, having deep Beijing roots and having lived and worked in the U.S., the UK, and China enables her to quickly understand and assess client's needs and bridge expectations from both Eastern and Western cultures.
Li holds a Master Degree with emphasis in Human Resource Development and Adult Education from Marshall University, West Virginia U.S.A., a Bachelor Degree in International Business and a diploma in Business Administration and English. She speaks English and Mandarin Chinese fluently.
