Elizabeth Jenswold joined Amrop Hever with over fifteen years experience working in the financial services industry. She has been instrumental in recruiting top talent in a broad spectrum of positions including SVP's, VP's and Directors for risk management, collections, customer service, finance, treasury, sales, human resources, compliance, sales training and personal wealth executives for multi-national organizations. Having worked with a wide variety of financial services companies including Morgan Stanley, Discover Financial Services, Toyota Financial Services and Richmont Corporation, a merchant bank, she has recruited internationally to source and place talent in China, Europe, India, Japan, Canada and the United States.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Christian University and has completed master's level course work in Organizational Behavior at the University of Texas in Arlington. Additionally, she has successfully developed and facilitated public workshops, training and executive coaching programs in the United States and is a certified trainer in programs from The Gallup Organization, DDI, Achieve Global and Wilson Learning.
