Catherine has over 10 years of extensive human resources management experience , in China and Asia, working for well-respected organizations such as GE, Noveon and Applied Biosystems . Her last post before joining Amrop Hever was with GE Toshiba Silicones, as the HR Manager Asia Pacific for one of its core business units. Catherine fulfilled her HR management role as a team leader, a change agent, an entrusted HR business partner, and a must-have player for major organizational development initiatives. As Principal Consultant for Amrop Hever China, Catherine has successfully served the FMCG/Retail, Chemical, Pharmaceutical /Life Sciences industry sectors across the region. Her functional expertise includes leadership positions in Commercial, Manufacturing, PR, HR, Finance, Legal and Business Unit Management.
Catherine holds a Chinese lawyer qualification, a Master of Business Administration and a Master Degree in English Language from Shanghai Jiaotong University. She is also engaged as a part-time lecturer by Southern Cross University (Australia) to teach 'Leading and Managing People' for its MBA courses in Shanghai.
