Andrew An joined Amrop Hever in 2005 as the first Associate of the founding team of the Beijing Office. He has been instrumental in serving clients in the Financial Services, Hi-Tech, Industrial, Professional Services, Retail and Consumer Goods sectors. Andrew began his executive search career with a large UK international search firm in Beijing where he supported the Country Manager on senior level assignments. Having multinational work experience and having lived in New Zealand, Andrew has a unique ability to identify candidates that are a fit in both Western and Eastern corporate cultures.
Andrew holds a BA degree from Beijing Foreign Studies University as well as a Graduate Diploma in Organizational & Personnel Psychology from Massey University in New Zealand. He speaks fluent Mandarin, English and Czech.
